Our Tarpon Tables are made with natural Acacia wood. Acacia has a deep beautiful figure that is unique to each piece of wood. For that reason, no tabletops will be identical, giving you a one of a kind piece. Our tables are durable and eco friendly as well! The beauty of acacia wood can last life-long. This allows all our products to have the durability to last and increase in value with time.

Care Instruction: Wipe clean with a moist cloth and if needed wood oil or wax is recommended.

Free returns within 30 days!

You have 30 clear days from delivery to send us a request for a free return. The date of the form will attest your cooling-off period.

Should this time expire on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday, it will be extended to the following working day. This cooling-off period allows you to return the product at no expense.

Please note that the date of the return request will attest your cooling-off period.

How to proceed to return your order:

1.Send an email to info@idalyart.com requesting the return.

2.Prepare your package and return the products.

3.We refund the amount of the products.

Once the package is received at our warehouse, a confirmation email is sent to you and the refund is processed.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you have used more than one payment method, it will be refunded to both methods proportionally.

Once a request has been made online and the products returned to us, your refund will be processed. Refund times and methods depend on the method of payment used for the order:

Debit or Credit card:

refund method: Credit on the bank account linked to the debit/credit card used.

refund delay: 14 working days if you used an immediate debit (if you used a deferred debit card, the credit will appear in the same conditions as debits usually do)

Paypal:

refund method: Credit on the PayPal account.

refund delay: 14 working days.

Voucher:

refund method: Voucher sent by email.

refund delay: 24 hours (5 working days by Post).

Please note that when an item is returned by a courier, the refund will be processed as soon as the return is received and confirmed at the warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed by our accounts department

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so they can speed up the process.

By using the Quick Shopping functionality (hereinafter referred to as "Express Checkout"), you can make purchases on this website more easily, avoiding the need to enter shipping, billing and payment details for each purchase.
